FAQ'S

We do try to keep some items ready made to be shipped but in the event of this not being an option we aim to post all orders within 1-2 weeks, this is due to all of our lights being handmade to a high standard.

However, if you require your lighting sooner than this please do not hesitate to contact us to discuss this and hopefully we can arrange a quicker dispatch for you if able.

Sometimes larger orders can take longer but we will notify you at the time the order is placed if this is the case.

 

Custom and personalised orders 

We can customise a lot of our light fittings to suit your requirements. Whether it be a longer length flex or a different colour please get in touch if you have any ideas that you would like to discuss.

We cannot offer returns on custom orders.

 

Do you accept returns and what are your conditions?

I gladly accept returns and exchanges;

Just contact me within: 14 days of delivery

Post items back to me within: 30 days of delivery


Conditions of Return

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

We will deduct the cost of our postage from the amount to be refunded which usually ranges from £10-£20 depending on the size of the order.

 

Gift Wrapping and packaging.

We often recycle packaging materials but will always ensure orders are packaged safely and securely. 

If you require gift wrapping please let us know when purchasing and we will be happy to assist.
